Step into the art of Muay Thai under the guidance of a Muay Femur Master. A Golden Era champion with over 500 fights and deep roots at the legendary Eminent Air Gym in Bangkok, Kru Sittiphong teaches from his own Thai-run gym — the only Muay Femur training center in Northern Thailand.
Learn the original, beautiful art of Muay Femur — from a real Thai fighter, not a tourist factory.
Here, we preserve the disappearing art of timing, distance, patience, and control. While others chase power, we build fight IQ, discipline, and true technique — through small, focused classes rooted in respect.
Sittiphong Muay Thai - Technical Muay Femur Training
The Real Muay Thai You Came to Thailand For
“From Bangkok’s best to Pai’s hidden gem — the art of Muay Thai lives here".
We accept only 12 students at a time — by design.
This keeps training personal, focused, and true to the Muay Femur way.
If you’re ready to train with purpose, don’t wait to begin your journey.
“Most Gyms in Thailand Aren’t Teaching Muay Thai Anymore.”
They cram 25+ students onto sweaty mats.
Push you to spar with uncontrolled partners— or even fight — before you're ready.
Run the same routines, twice a day, every day.
No correction. No creativity. No tradition.
Some push foreign fighters into fights just to take a cut.
They call it “authentic.”
But there’s no Wai Kru, no Muay Boran — not unless you pay extra.
It’s not Thai-style. It’s tourist-style.
You're not training. You're just surviving.
And you’re being sold an illusion.
What You’re Really Looking For:
Smaller class sizes where you're seen, corrected, and respected
A coach who helps you think, adapt, and grow — not just fight
Safe, technical sparring that builds real confidence
The freedom to fight only when you're ready, not for someone else’s cut
Trackable progress, discipline, and structure to stay motivated
The beautiful Muay Femur style — creative, intelligent, and powerful
True Thai tradition like Wai Kru and Muay Boran, taught with meaning
A place where you’re not just training hard — you’re becoming someone stronger
That’s what we protect at Sittiphong Muay Thai.
That’s the real Thailand you came for.
What Makes Sittiphong Muay Thai Different
You won’t get lost in a crowd.
Classes are capped at 12 students, led by Kru Sittiphong — a professional fighter forged in Bangkok’s elite fight scene at Eminent Air Gym
This is Muay Femur: balance, timing, creativity.
We train with precision — not repetition. Every 3.5-hour session builds your technique, your mindset, and your body with intention.
You’ll recover, too — with mindfulness, and a saltwater pool built into your training.
On Saturdays, we train in more than just technique — we step into Thailand’s warrior history through Wai Kru and Muay Boran, the raw, pre-modern form of Muay Thai few gyms still teach.
Training Structure Snapshot
Morning Classes
07:30 – 11:00 daily
Advance booking required – no walk-ins
Structured 3.5-hour sessions that blend warm-up, technical training, and cool-down — all rooted in traditional Muay Femur.
Recovery & Rest
Afternoons are free to support muscle recovery, prevent injury, and give working students flexibility.
Optional recovery tools like stretching, mindfulness, and our on-site saltwater pool are built into your week — not sold as extras.
Private Sessions
Not always necessary — our group classes are small and personalized.
But if you're on limited time or have a specific goal, private sessions are available by request in the afternoons.
Small Class Size
Maximum of 12 students per class
You’ll never get lost in a crowd. Every student gets feedback, correction, and guidance.
Sparring Culture
Thai-style sparring is playful, technical, and safe.
We don’t try to win against each other — we learn with each other.
Closed Sundays
We believe in full-body recovery and mental reset. One day a week is dedicated to rest, reflection, or exploring Pai.
