Team Sittiphong
Kru Sittiphong Legacy In Motion
Kru Sittiphong, once known in the ring as Den Neua Eminent Air, is the heart behind Sittiphong Muay Thai. He began training at age six inside the original Eminent Air gym in Bangkok, fighting through the golden era of Muay Thai and competing in over 500 bouts — including more than 40 real Muay Boran fights — and earning the title of 2x Thailand Champion.
Fighting wasn’t a career — it was survival, discipline, and family legacy. Inspired by Saenchai and other Muay Femur greats, his style was always rooted in rhythm, balance, and brain over brute force.
After two decades in the ring, he began teaching across Thailand, quietly passing on his knowledge while continuing to fight well into adulthood. He officially retired in 2024, shifting his full focus to preserving the art.
Together with his wife, Jennifer, he opened Sittiphong Muay Thai to keep the soul of Muay Femur alive and share the deeper meaning of Muay Thai with others. Here, students don’t just train — they connect to something real.
He is also a formally recognized and licensed Kru through Thailand’s MTBSA (Muay Thai and Muay Boran Sports Association), holding Khan Level 12 and Mongkol Level 2 certifications — an official endorsement of his deep knowledge, experience, and ability to teach and assess others in both Muay Thai and Muay Boran.
His philosophy is simple but demanding:
Build strong foundations. Then develop timing, rhythm, and fight IQ. Only then add power. Only then add style.
This is the Thai way of learning — disciplined, patient, and sometimes playful, but never rushed. There is no fast way to master Muay Thai. But with patience, you will grow.
Kru Sittiphong is also known for his deep respect for tradition. He teaches multiple versions of Wai Kru and offers Muay Boran sessions — sharing rare techniques from Thailand’s ancient warrior art with students ready to learn.
Classes are capped and personal. The focus is sharp, the energy humble. And behind it all is a quiet master who still teaches the way he trained: with presence, respect, and love for the art.
“We built this gym so others could feel what Muay Thai truly is.”
Kru Jennifer
From Burnout to Muay Thai: A Journey of Healing, Discipline, and Purpose
Jennifer, co-creator and wife of Kru Sittiphong, is the heart behind the structure, safety, and care that defines Sittiphong Muay Thai. Originally from Alberta, Canada, she is a Canadian Forces decorated veteran with nearly a decade of military service and a licensed Medical Practioner; She also holds a master's degree in critical care medicine and has practiced around the world — from remote communities in Canada to emergency rooms in Africa and Italy.
After over 10 years in medicine and high-pressure environments, Jennifer hit a breaking point — what she called “brain pain.” She needed a reset. That search brought her to Muay Thai… and to Thailand.
Inspired by fighters like Lerdsila, Saenchai, and Buakaw, she immersed herself in the art, and through it, met Kru Sittiphong. What began as a personal healing journey grew into a love story — and eventually, into the creation of a full Muay Thai training center focused on real technique, recovery, and long-term growth.
Bridging Cultures, Building Legacy
As a foreigner married into a Thai fighting family, Jennifer understands the gap between tourists and locals — and works daily to bridge it.
From sponsoring Thai and Burmese youth fighters, to making space for both beginners and serious students, together, Jennifer and Sittiphong ensure Sittiphong Muay Thai remains a gym with roots — not a revolving door. This is about preserving Muay Thai’s soul while making it welcoming to all who respect it.
“Muay Thai changed my life when I needed it most. If you're reading this, maybe it's about to change yours too.”
Papa – The Guiding Force Behind the Sittiphong Legacy
Papa, the father of Sittiphong is the cornerstone of the Sittiphong Muay Thai family. A former fighter himself, he understands the challenges and sacrifices required to succeed in the ring. But more importantly, he believed in fostering respect, fairness, and dignity in a sport that can often be harsh.
In a time when Thai fighters were sometimes mistreated or punished for losing, Papa stood firm in protecting his sons. He made it his mission to ensure they were treated with respect, scolding any coach who crossed the line. For Papa, Muay Thai was more than just fighting—it was about discipline, fairness, and developing character.
He was always there to cheer for his son Sittiphong, guiding their journeys and ensuring he had the right coaches and training to succeed. His unwavering support and belief in his potential helped shape the legacy that continues today through Sittiphong Muay Thai.
Now, as the next generation carries on the family’s Muay Thai tradition, Papa watches with pride, knowing his values and dedication live on in every student who trains under his son.
“United By Tradition, Driven By Passion Together, We Welcome You to the Sittiphong Muay Thai Family.”
